Annie Richardson

Director & Senior Coach

Annie’s corporate career spans over 20 years with direct experience of both public and private sectors. She has held the positions of Regional Director for a major UK Housing Association, and Senior Principle Consultant for the third largest IT Services Company in the world. Whilst in her corporate career Annie was also a member of the main Board at Oxford Citizens Housing Association and later of an Architectural Services Practice in London. Eight years ago Annie left corporate life and qualified as a coach with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring; she is currently part of the faculty at the OSCM and a member of the EMCC. In her coaching practice Annie has worked in Europe and the USA, frequently working with organisations with global presence and therefore working with individuals from throughout Europe. She is renowned for connecting quickly with people, combining challenge with warmth and focus with sensitivity; she works best at effecting transformational coaching.
