Martyn offers the creative drive in Quantum Corporate Coaching and has the vision of where a more systemized approach to the business of Executive Coaching can lead. For the last three years he has worked in partnership with his wife Annie and they have recently seen the realisation of the Company moving to limited status in April 2008.

Martyn's creative background has included over 25 years in manufacturing with small to medium sized businesses involved in supplying retailers with corporate image and merchandising systems and he has also worked closely with two millionaire entrepreneurs. Initially trained as an Interior Designer and developing his project management skills, he has worked extensively at Senior Management levels including a period as PLC subsidiary director for many years. Martyn left to become a partner in the UK's first design/architecture franchise offering the services of architects to homeowners, which revolutionised the service approach and was very well received by the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). Although involved in three of his own businesses, Martyn enjoys working with Annie and is the visionary behind his wife's academic background in ensuring the continued growth of the Company.
