Coaching Skills For Managers Workshop
This is an interactive coaching workshop to enable managers to have coaching conversations with staff and colleagues. The highly experiential nature of this event make it very compelling and popular with all who attend. It is part of our programme offering to help build a coaching culture within an organisation.
This can be run as a 2 or 3 day workshop.
