Leadership: Influence & Negotation
Skilled negotiators operate the significant skill of separating the negotiation 'process' from the negotiation 'content'. To be effective, negotiators need to distinguish these two important components in a negotiation and manage each quite consciously and purposefully. This workshop explores a model for the process of negotiation and participants will experience each stage of negotiation to be able to plan and execute this process for their own specific situations.
This can be run as a 2 or 3 day workshop.
